What we collect.
And what we don't.

When you fill out a form or email us, we collect the things you sent — name, email, company, phone if you gave it, and whatever you wrote in the message. That's it on the form side.

When you visit the site, our hosting provider logs standard request data: IP address, user agent, referrer, and timestamps. We use a privacy-friendly analytics tool to count visits and see which pages people read. No third-party ad tracking, no fingerprinting.

To write you back. To figure out whether we're a fit for what you need. To run the studio — invoices, project files, the usual. To understand which pages are working and which aren't.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to build profiles on you.

Inbox messages and form submissions stay in our systems as long as the conversation is active, plus a reasonable window after for reference. Engagement records stay as long as we're required to keep them for accounting and legal reasons.

If you want us to delete your record, ask. We'll do it.

People on the team who need to see it to do the work. Our vendors (email, cloud storage, analytics, accounting) see what they need to see to provide their service. They're all contractually bound to keep your data private and use it only for the service they provide.

You can ask us what we have on you. You can ask us to correct it. You can ask us to delete it. You can ask us to stop processing it. If you're in a jurisdiction that gives you additional rights — California, the EU, the UK — those apply here too.

This site and our services are aimed at adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top. If it changes in a meaningful way, we'll say so clearly on the site.
