These terms apply to anyone who visits gwpinc.com. They do not replace the signed engagement agreement between GWPinc and a client — that document governs the work itself.

Everything on this site — copy, photography, design, code — is either owned by GWPinc or used with permission from the people who own it. You can read it, share a link to it, and quote reasonable excerpts with attribution. You can't reproduce the site wholesale, copy the design, or present our work as your own.

The site links out to other places — client sites, articles, videos, tools. We vouch for what we wrote. We don't control what's on the other end of an outbound link.

We do our best to keep the site accurate and current, but advertising is a moving industry. If something on the site is out of date or wrong, tell us and we'll fix it.

The site is provided as-is. We don't warrant that it'll always be available, always be bug-free, or always render identically on every device. If something's broken, email hello@gwpinc.com and we'll look at it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts sitting in Essex County, New Jersey.

We may update these terms. If we do, the "updated" date at the top changes. Continued use of the site after that counts as acceptance of the updated version.
